Rose Hastreiter, PMP, is a project and transformation leader with more than 25 years of experience across enterprise technology, organizational change, leadership, and professional capability development. She is the Founder and Principal Advisor of L3C Advisory, CEO of HG Learning Solutions Inc., and Founder of DuraSkills, an L3C sponsored initiative that blends the best of HG Learning Solutions integrations with Durable Skills pathways needed for how we work today.
Her early consulting career spanned enterprise system rollouts, digital transformation projects, software design and rollouts, operational analysis and reporting, process redesign, project leadership, and organizational transition. She has worked with public institutions, private companies, universities, nonprofit organizations, research groups, and international teams.
Across these environments, Rose has repeatedly worked at the point where technically sound initiatives encounter human and organizational friction. Her advisory work examines how governance, decision rights, communication, stakeholder trust, team capability, and operational context shape whether projects realize lasting value.
Rose has designed and delivered more than 75 professional workshop curricula, presented at over 1500 live events, and has taught or facilitated more than 35,000 professionals, graduate learners, researchers, and leaders. For more than a decade, her facilitation work has supported Canadian research, innovation, and scientific leadership programs, including programs serving researchers, fellows, graduate learners, and emerging leaders.
Through her DuraSkills and HGLX initiative, Rose is currently leading the development of a Living Skills System focused on the human capabilities required for project performance in the AI era. This work explores how governed evidence, human judgment, and personalized learning can help individuals and organizations understand and strengthen durable skills over time.
