Rose Hastreiter is the founder and principal advisor of L3C Advisory. Her career spans digital transformation, organizational change, leadership development, and capability building across public, private, and academic environments.
She works at the intersection that most firms split apart: the mechanics of how complex work actually gets delivered, and the human performance that determines whether it does. That combination is why L3C is brought in when a programme is technically sound but organizationally stuck.
L3C operates as a small senior team, drawing on a trusted network of specialists when the work requires expertise beyond our own. Engagements are deliberately bounded and designed to leave the organization more capable than we found it.
